  5. After this book went to press, Microsoft made subtle changes to their IE4 
  6. web browser which made our Workshop answer and listings 10.1 and 10.3 
  7. in Chapter 10 obsolete. In fact, the Active X animation control used in 
  8. the book edition is no longer released with the IE4.0 web browser.

  10. The included files (dyn10wfx.htm, lst10_01.htm, lst10_03.htm) work with 
  11. the final release of IE4.0. To run these web pages in the final IE4.0, you
  12. still need the graphics files included in the download package for our 
  13. Workshops.

  15. For listing 10.1, graphic placement routines changed in syntax. For 
  16. listing 10.3, the Active X animation control used in the book edition is 
  17. no longer released with the web browser. The version of listing 10.3 
  18. included here does not use an Active X control.
